Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: BULLDOZER SAS with a capital of 1000 euros, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de GRENOBLE under the number 978285831, whose head office is located at 2 ruelle du four, 38580 Le Moutaret, Telephone number 0678046767.
2. The competition
2.1 The competition is to win tickets for AS Monaco (the “Club”) during the football season 2024/25 (the “Season”).
2.2 Any entries received will be entered into a prize draw to be in with the chance to win a pair of tickets (either VIP or general admission) to a home match of the Club. See clause 6 for more details.
2.3 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform and relevant social media platforms shall have no responsibility to any entrants or participants.
3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 12:00pm on 7th August 2024 (the "Opening Date") to midnight (CET) on the last home game of the season for the Club (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Competition Period”).
3.2 The first entry period for the Competition will run from the Opening Date to midnight (CET) on 15th August 2024 and thereafter, the entry periods for any future draws will be announced by the Promoter via its social media platform(s) (“Entry Periods”).
3.3 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter during the relevant Entry Period. All competition entries received after the relevant Entry Period shall not be included in the relevant Draw.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter the competition, an entrant must follow the Promotor’s relevant social media page within the relevant Entry Period. The entrant must follow from their own personal page on the relevant social media platform. All entrants must enter on their own behalf and may not enter on behalf of anyone else. If the Promotor becomes aware that the person who played the competition was not the entrant themselves, the Promotor will disqualify this entrant and no prize will be due to any persons involved.
4.2 Only one entry is permitted by each individual entrant. No purchase necessary.
4.3 The Promotor reserves the right to run bonus entry incentives throughout the duration of the Competition. These incentives will be made public through the relevant social media platform. Where the Promotor operates an incentive, the entry limit may change.
4.4 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
4.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Eligibility
5.1 The competition is only open to all residents in England and the same jurisdiction as the Club aged 18 years or over, except:
a. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
c. employees or agents of the Club or;
d. members of the immediate families or households of (a) (b) and (c) above.
5.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
5.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
a. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence;
b. completed by third parties or in bulk; or
c. incomplete.
5.4There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
6. The Prize
6.1 The prize will always be tickets to a home match for the Club on a given day of the Season. The prizes will be announced via the Promotors social media platforms for VIP tickets or general admission tickets on a specified date (a “Prize”). The Prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from the relevant match, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner(s).
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to announce a Prize at any time during the Competition Period along with the relevant Entry Period which will apply. The Promoter may also advertise the Prize via any other medium at its absolute discretion.
6.3 Each Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
6.4 Where, it emerges after the Prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering future Draws or competitions (including for any other club or third party).
7. Winner Announcement
7.1 Once the relevant Entry Period has closed, entrants from all of the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw (the “Draw”) for each Prize available. The Draw will take place no later than 5 days prior to the date of the relevant home match which forms part of the Prize.
7.2 Winning entrants will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform the entry is made. The entrant will be contacted once by or on behalf of the Promoter, and no follow up message will be sent. As part of the message, the entrant will be asked to confirm their full name and email address.
7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner and if the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 24 hours being contacted, the entrant will forfeit the Prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
7.5 Once a Draw has taken place, the Promoter will announce a new Prize and Entry Period at a later date during the Season. Entrants will need to enter again to be eligible to win any future Prize. All previous entries will not be valid for future Draws.
7.6 Where there has not been a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to announce a new Prize for the next Draw. All entries from the completed Draw, and any previous Draws, where no winner was declared, will automatically be eligible for the next Draw. Entrants do not need to enter again in order to be eligible but are able to do so if they would like to increase their chances.
7.7 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
7.8 The Prize is supplied by the Club. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
8. Winners
8.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
8.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the name winners and town of each winner following each Draw.
8.3 If you object to any or all of your name and town being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. Where you object, the Promoter will not publish your details but will still make these available to any relevant authority on request where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data Protection and Publicity

11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England & Wales.
